 Food products sold in supermarket, grocery stores are usually displayed and

 sold in packages. This package is most often composed of a supporting tray

 that is overwrapped by a transparent plastic film. Some food types, such 

as fresh meat, fish, fruits and vegetables are typically washed before

 packaging. Fluids from washing, as well as fluids discharged from

 food products themselves, can accumulate inside the package.

 The accumulated fluids will lead to unsightly appearance and 

create microbacterial environment inside the food packaging, which cause

 deteriation of the display content, the food products become less 

marketable and appealing to consumers. To solve this problem, our Demi 

pad is made to insulate this bio-hazard environment from direct contacting its protein source, by locking 

away unwanted juice and fluid inside our sealed product.

l       Perforated PE film/Non woven provides more rapid, all-around absorption

l       Excessive fluids are absorbed from the bottem of the pad and lock in the pad

l     High quality SAP and cellulose can improve absorption capacity, and specifically

 retention capacity of liquid under external pressure

Demipad is a pouch pad, sealed on 4 sides, PE food grade film on top and leach resistant

 perforated PE laminates or Non-woven on bottem, inner layer of which is impreganted with super water absorbent 

polymers and fluff.
